hello@epicescape.co.ukOur festive format runs from mid-November to the end of January. Popular December dates go quickly, so we recommend booking a few weeks ahead.
We host groups from 4 up to 300 participants. To ensure everyone is actively involved, we split larger groups into smaller teams of up to 6 people.
You should plan for roughly 2 hours in total. This includes the hot wine welcome, around 90 minutes for the outdoor hunt, and the grand finale. It is perfectly designed to lead straight into an evening dinner.
Our puzzle cases are weatherproof and we play in typical winter weather — just wrap up warm! For severe conditions or official weather warnings, we will of course work with you to find a solution or reschedule.
We meet at a central spot in Liverpool. Once you have completed the game, the location serves as the perfect starting point to head to a nearby restaurant or pub for your festive dinner. Let us know if you need recommendations in the area!
The route covers about 1.8 to 2.4 km and is largely barrier-free, without major obstacles or stairs. Please let us know in your enquiry if you have specific accessibility requirements.
